looking to set you & baby up for success with the right supports to thrive after baby arrives? meet together for some personally tailored yoga to feel your best, followed by individualized education on a range of topics:

prenatal support session:
preparing for breast or bottle feeding, managing pregnancy aches/pains, supporting baby's early feeding & development post birth, home modifications & set up post birth, baby registry support
​
postpartum support session:
​
optimizing physical postpartum recovery, maternal and infant massage, breast/bottle/pumping support, tips for supporting baby's development, baby soothing strategies, referrals to other providers as indicated

Payment Options
1. Fee-for-service: Offer multiple options for easy payment at the end of our visit.
2. HSA/FSA: Services can be paid directly from your account with debit card at time of appointment.
3. Sliding Scale Fee- Never want finances to be a barrier to the care you & baby deserve- if this is a concern, please reach out to learn about our income based rates!
4. Insurance reimbursement: We offer comprehensive superbills which enables you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company for out of network services. We are happy to help support you in navigating & understanding this process!
