Payment Options
1. Fee-for-service: Offer multiple options for easy payment at the end of our visit.
2. HSA/FSA: Services can be paid directly from your account with debit card at time of appointment.
3. Sliding Scale Fee- Never want finances to be a barrier to the care you & baby deserve- if this is a concern, please reach out to learn about our income based rates!
4. Insurance:
-Lactation visits can be covered through partnership with The Lactation Network for BCBS PPO, United, Cigna
-A superbill will be provided at the end of all sessions which can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement as an "out of network" provider
-In process of applying to become in network for OT & Lactation w/ other carriers- check back soon for updates!
