Pre & Post Natal Wellness Sessions
looking to set you & baby up for success with the right supports to thrive after baby arrives? meet together for some personally tailored yoga to feel your best, followed by individualized education on a range of topics:
prenatal support session:
preparing for breast or bottle feeding, managing pregnancy aches/pains, supporting baby's early feeding & development post birth, home modifications & set up post birth, baby registry support
postpartum support session:
optimizing physical postpartum recovery, maternal and infant massage, breast/bottle/pumping support, tips for supporting baby's development, baby soothing strategies, referrals to other providers as indicated

Payment Options
Insurance reimbursement:
We are an in-network provider with plans including Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA. Other types of BCBS plans may also be accepted. United and AETNA in network options coming shortly!
For other insurance plans, we can help you access your out of network benefits. After payment is received, we provide a detailed superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
To help make this process easier for families, we have partnered with THRIZER- which helps make using your out of network benefits easier!
HSA/FSA:
Services can be paid directly from your account with debit card at time of appointment.
Sliding Scale Fee
We never want finances to be a barrier to the care you & baby deserve- if this is a concern, please reach out to learn about our income based rates!
$35 travel fee applies to all home visits
